@Steph, Like I said in my original post, she has tried using the Automated Recovery System and it tells her that her email address is not in the database. She has tried with every email address she owns.
@Lisa, what do you mean by buying a license? she should be qualified for a free license upgrade as she already bought the program, but there seems to be no way to get this new Activation Code.
