I was thinking more of
VFD IV17/4 or B-7971 displays.
Better than Arduino, because they have USB, HTTP, NIC card all built in (no
sheilds needed)
So, could easily make a nice display setup with it.

That's the same battery that is in the air hogs plane. I loved those
planes. Too bad the batteries puff after only a couple months of solid use.
Definitely get your value out of them though.

I now fancy a turbine powered as well.
I don't mind spending $1000 on a heli, but $8000 is a little to much for
me.

Thanks Jeff.
I didn't need the tubes. But, who could say no at $1.60 each.
At that price, I wouldn't mind buy 10k.
It would be like someone offering B7971 at $50 each. I would clean them
out (as would anyone else here). :)

I would have to agree.
For me, I wanna see everything. For a woman, probably not, but I think
more tube should be shown.
I was wondering about the buttons as well until Michel brought up the

Probably better to call it Nixie Watch GEN 2 or GEN II

Unfortunately, spending $850 on a IN-18 clock is outside of my realm.
Looks great though. :)
