PS: “$ mtxrun --find-file filename” results in a Lua error.
Commenting out line 1
and use it to sort out my formatting and macros, taking advantage of the live
preview. When I'm done, I copy the definitions into my actual working document,
which I edit in vim. I only typeset the entire working document once or twice
an hour, if that; vim catches syntax errors. So if Lu
ST took several seconds to process each page. And then it took several seconds
per page for the previewer to show me the DVI. And I couldn't do anything else
on the machine while it was working.
My way of working now is that I keep a short scratchpad document in TeXworks,
and use it

Of course this is clumsy, but although I tried to peek into strc-ref I

ConTeXt has a \atpage and a \somewhere command but none of them
can be used to omit the reference when the float and the referen

the picture happens to appear on the correct page (or change the
reference to « on this page »). In other words, can one make a sort of
conditional reference that only mentions the page if it is not
only uses context and does not want the rest of tex. If I

So there is no need to worry as eventually things will sort themselves
out. I have no clue what bug you mean, but if you can nail it down ...

I tested all the combinations that Jano set up (see below) and additionally
tried the same, but used ch instead of uc.
But none of these runs gave this sorting result:
East Prussia
Eastern enlargement
East-West Institute
I would would sort it this way, but maybe I am simply wrong
