Yeah, works fine on my laptop, just did a test, just not working of the
computer I’m using, maybe there’s a codec issue, and they need to be
re-installed.
Thanks.

Hi, fiddling round with the point cloud generator in nuke 7.0v9 and I’ve got it
connected to the camera and the plate, but when i press analyse, i can’t see
the points anywhere in the 3d viewer. Something i’m doing wrong here?

Maybe the graphics card isn’t supported.
We have same issue here on mac, only get monitor output on 1 machine with nuke
8, cause the graphics card is newest one in building.

Hi, i’ve got a script with a defocus going from 200 to 0 over say 500 frames,
but every 70 frames or so, it seems to pop or glitch between neighbouring
frames and not continue to decrease in value smoothly.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Yes, i’ve tried using “full precision” i also didn’t mention last time that the
curve for the defocus wasn’t linear, it’s slow at start then goes faster
towards the end. Would this have any effect on the way the defocus is processed?
Darren Coombes - VFX Compositor

Yes, just tried with Z defocus and it is still popping.

Yeah that seems to describe the problem pretty well, as it seems to pop every
70-80 frames, I tried using a convolve node and flare setup and that seems to
be a whole lot smoother also.

I haven’t opened it up ever, and checked for dust, but will have to have

Will try turning off GPU acceleration also.

Hi.
I've got a clip of some sauce running along a surface, there's a bubble that
moves through as the liquid runs down, and I need to flatten it out slightly so
there's not as much as a noticeable hump on liquid edge.
Is spline warp best for this?
Thanks.
