Well in the second list, Cuba gets an A, Puerto Rico gets a B??? They are essentially the same flag with reversed colors. Liberia's flag which is a copy of the US flag get's a B the U.S. flag gets a C? Because it has too many stars??? So I guess plagiarism pays. Flags are not pure design exercises, there are a lot of criteria that makes a flag good, and being easy for a 5 year old to draw isn't one of them. When I started out as a young hardware pup I worked under an engineer whose university thesis involved deconvolution image processing algorithms running on a custom instruction set CPU that he built using 2901 ECL bit slice parts. Wire-wrapped across a large array of boards. Pretty darned fast for the time (that being about 1977). Thanks, Ann. The thick mist moistens the flora (and everything else) so differently than rain. The drops don't roll off, they just grow and slowly accumulate, and don't seem to roll off. Yeah, it's just barely off his head here. In some shots it's flying off, but there were issues with each of those that make them unusable. The whole backwards cap thing is silly.
