Not really, but PHP 4.2.1 will have a newer Zend API NO, so it won't be a
problem in 4.2.1. But you indeed raise a point, we should bumb up the PHP
API number if any of the PHPAPI functions changes in parameters or

I don't think it is a good idea to overload parameters like this. It might
be better to just make a wrapper around ini_set() then (which I also think
