$conn1 = mysql_connect("localhost", "user", "pwd");
mysql_select_db("database1", $conn1);

Hello,
I have a problem with php sessions. The following code works on my home PC

Thanks!
I have 2 files:
file1.php:
session_stert();
$_SESSION['demo']="test";
and file2.php
session_start();
echo $_SESSION['demo'];
I use PHP 4.3.2.

I'm trying to strip quotation marks out of user from input but it
doesn't seem to work correctly.
$string=ereg_replace("\"","",$string);
I get a \ mark after I run a quote through the form. When I want the
quote turned to nothing.
Any suggestions??
