- In Ubuntu, copyright file is much more complete than yours. I think
you should borrow some lines from there (but be careful, some parts of
it are wrong, like the last two lines).
- The dh_builddeb override is no longer needed.

+1 for building qt4 without Phonon (that's what Ubuntu does since
2010), and for building standalone Phonon with gstreamer 1.0.
Ubuntu also builds qt5webkit against gstreamer 1.0, maybe we should
follow there as well?

Yes, I think that if we have qtbase in Git, then we should have
anything else in Git as well.
We can also convert the old repositories to be Bzr mirrors of the new
