1.4.9 is the BBCiPlayer with my implemtation of DASH. I don't update the
HLS implementation - I just incorporated all the old BBC website changes
necessary to keep DASH working which also keeps HLS

I used to use Triode's app but listen again doesn't work on it for me.
The shows appear in the listings but don't play. . .
Installed this and ran it against my latest server.

Perl 5.22 has made some deprecated features now fatal errors (not the
case in 5.20 and earlier) and that is the cause of the
ExtraAtoZArchiveParser.pm line 52 error message.
Just to make sure. Did you update recently or has BBCiPlayerExtra never
worked for you ?

I have been using Squeeze Control for casual/basic music playing on Xbox

In the last few days the BBC have tweaked BBCiPlayer which has caused
problems with playing some programs using BBCiPlayerExtra (as it uses
unofficial feeds). I'm looking into it but I have no problem picking a
letter in A-Z and getting a list of programs.

This usally means a network failure and thereply was not received or
only partially received. LMS will then cache the "fail" and so all
subsequent attemtps will also fail until you do not attempt to play it

I am using version 1.9.3 and listen again is not working on 6 Music.
6 Music A-Z pick any letter =
"There was an error loading the remote feed for : (Failed to parse)"
This is on a Debian LMS.
Any solution? Can anyone else confirm this issue?
Thanks BPA for your on going efforts!
There is not much that max2play does that piCorePlayer doesn't. The
biggest differences for Joe average are 1) max2play implements samba for
connection to any attached USB drive whereas piCorePlayer doesn't as yet
and 2) piCorePlayer runs in RAM whereasmax2plsy doesn't. Joe will
probably notice

Hi feeder6,
Thanks for the kind words. We actually already have a few visualizations
including a VU meter and a spectrum analyzer. You can add them to
Jivelite for your players by adding the parameter "-v" to the command
line options of your audio player. You can see some preview pictures of

I just had a quick look at the code from a cache of googlecode - and it
looks like the interval is seconds and the default is 3600 (one hour).
So perhaps one of the low values that you gave it has stuck.
You could delete the
I'm having trouble with the SDT Wunderground plugin. Up until a few days
ago I've been using the other SDT plugin, but that keeps failing to
parse the weather output of weather.com, so I decided to switch over to
the Wunderground version of the plugin.
I registered for a Wunderground API key and
