playlist folder B but still doesn't show up.
When I pointed the media folder (labeled music) directly to the
playlist folder B - nothing happens. I think media folders only look
for music files not playlists...

I spoke too soon. The server still becomes non-responsive and requires

The order you configure in Multi Library plugin is not about the user
interface it's about which order the libraries are refreshed after a
rescan. It only have effects if you have one library that is dependent
on another library and it doesn't sound like this is the case in your
setup.

Music / Audio Books etc.
I've split all this up into several libraries -- works a treat --
however using the Custom browse I can only get a Browse by ALBUM at the
highest level.

disk.
When you do this the Browse Music folder will browse the directory /

I have a problem. When browsing I can only see 'Composer' in the Classic
Music menu and album titles in the popular genre. Have checked all the
settings and I seem to have put them in OK and I did a restarts and a
rescan.
Any ideas where I went wrong.

1) The QNAP TS-109II has 256 MB (which is still not a lot)
2) I browse using the Duet Remote controller
3) You are right it is only the albums menu that requires so many
resources that it makes playback intermittent

Multi Library plugin ?
Assuming you have Custom Browse installed, this should create a new
Libraries menu that contains your KidTunes library. If you like to
browse all music you can use the standard browse menus.

You can configure two libraries in multilibrary plugin: one to contain any song
that is located within a path beginning with C:\, and the other with E:\.

all the audiotalk tracks a suitable genre (eg, audio talk) then

SBS7.4 installed on my Suse11.2 box, with Squeezeplay on my laptop
SBS proper only deals with one path to your audio files.
MultiLibrary doesn't change that: it just lets you make 'subsets' of
your collection.
It sounds like you're using Linux...
So what I would do: create one directory that has links to the other
two.
Ie /home/user/music that has symlinks

I found that if I clicked the Edit link on a library, and then pressed Next,
this sorted both issues out. i.e. it corrected \' - ', and now displays music
in the library.
So I just need to do that for each library.
