I'm new to the world of Logitech Music Server and I am loving it!
I got everything set up yesterday, and haven't stopped listing to music
or the radio streams via the iPlayer Plug in.
I am now looking for recommendations for other plug is to install.

A lot of plugins are of course about streaming services (Spotty for
Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, TIDAL, Bandcamp are just a few I use).
Others are about integrating other hardware (AirPlay bridge, CastBridge
for ChromeCast).
But apart from that there are a few that improve the core functionality

I've been happily using the BBC iPlayer and BBC iPlayer Extra plugins
for years and they broke about two weeks ago with constant connection
timeout.
I am aware that there are various threads which I have tried to follow,

Ok I will expand my post but first I will say that the most important
add on imho is iPeng.
Spotty - if you have a Spotify premium account it allows you to play
Spotify tracks as if they were in your own library. Best used with DSTM
- see later

so, I downgraded UPnPBridge to version 0.2.9.5 and restored the previous
(working) configuration for hqplayerd (with it's own UPnP renderer
disabled) and Rygel... and... guess what? It works again!! :D :cool:
Also with the latest version of hqplayerd (4.0.4-5).

Oh, that might be it: please fire up the Perl Package Manager (ppm) and
update IO::Socket::SSL and related modules. Do NOT update all available
packages. It broke builds here and I had to revert. Don't know which
ones were causing problems...
