Can anyone here give a brief rundown of the pros and cons of these two
apps? Most usable features, easiest to use, etc.
TIA

I too would like to see this. I don't think anyone will object if you
repost. The traffic volume is quite low these days.

Absolutely.

live in China).
Also, cheap components often drift with age. The more expensive high
tolerance parts don't drift as badly.
If I misunderstood let me know and I'll take another stab at it.

Found the problem. You can set the system font (or not) from two
places. I you click on the down arrow just left of the FILE button at
the top of the screen, then click on PREFERENCES, there is a button that
says, CHANGE SYSTEM FONT just like the one under DESIGN > OPTIONS.
However, afte

certainly the one
with not only the most problems but the most difficult. Very competent

The Protel Knowledge Base gets only three hits using "JEDEC" as the search
word, and none of these items shed light on my problem.
Any more ideas? Is there any one out there who is using Protel's CUPL
plug-in for actual programming files?
I am using 99SE SP6

Any similar encounters, suggestions?
Are you still there Marcus?
