Well to me the final, final straw is their stock price losing 2/3 its
value in a year.
I tell all of my clients if you ever have to do roof solar, you should
use a central inverter and not ever put electronics on a roof. Bad
enough to put solar panels up there!

This winter we were fixing up a system with a fronius primo inverter and
adding rapid shutdown. Fronius very much recommended against using Tigo.
They recommended we use Fire Raptors. They have been working fine.

The AES dashboard can be useful for finding a differing module.
No I have not seen this and only have had one bad battery that was

To be fare, Schneider does tell you to follow the commissioning guide.

Just an FYI, it is specifically an "insulation resistance" error that the
inverter is throwing, and not an "arc fault" error. Fortunately it is not
an arc fault. Meggering is not a bad idea, although due to the fact that
the fault is intermittent, that might not show any
on this one, ideally, I would know
that replacing the DC wires will fix it. So I am curious if people have
done this, to still find that the issue was something internal to the
inverter.

The cordless drill is tempting because I already have a bunch of DeWalt
equipment, and it would be nice to avoid needing a generator or some very
long extension cords.

I would look at the workings of the Schneider back-up control switch and
it's internal watt node. Recent webinar training. This will allow AC
coupled power to show on Insight. I am not advocating it though,
certainly not for offgrid.
