If it's not in search mode, then it sounds like the relay it failing.
The SW5548 has two relays, on for grid and one for gen,
Does the delay happen using Grid and the Generator?

100% state on the
batteries. Many battery guys know that when they first install them they are
usually only at 60-80% SOC. This will cause incorrect measurements of SOC
from day one.
Hope this helps.

The only chance of leakage is if the customer overfills the batteries. As
they are dual container any internal issue you will see the excess fluid
accumulate in the bottom of the outside shell.
I will see if I can dig up some documentation for you.

Todd,
You should have received a new units at an absolute minimum. When it comes to
compensation that's a bit of a sticky situation that is usually handled on a
case by case basis.
I will be talking to the Mgr of this group to get this squared away today.
Thanks.

I would agree that you should be getting more. I'm assuming you are in
Eastern Washington?
I see Maverick has posted a lot of good information. One thing I didn't see
was did you enable GT mode on the controller?

minute start voltage. This case is easily
resolved by programming the LBCO below the 2 minute start voltage.
Even if you have hit LBCO and the inverter has shut off the AGS function still
works and will engage the relay (via the aux port) to start the Generator.

What's the serial number?
There was something long ago before I even arrived at Outback that we
pretty much swapped did full board swaps on all pre 500 serial numbered
inverters because of all the firmware changes.

With the Return amps setting you can get the batteries close to that charged

The only way for Outback gear to measure return amps is to incorporate
an FNDC in the installation.
Otherwise then yes you are correct.

Sorry Jay... Missed your post.
From what I understand we changed this between 75 and 76 because of
popping in and out of sell. Ignoring the Temp compensation for Selling
allows the inverter to be a bit more predictable.
