Luckily the W4BOC club repeaters captured Jane Barbe before she passed.
She was also a guest at a club meeting. She introduced herself from the
back of the room on a wireless mic as I remember to a standing ovation.
I'll have to see if CDs are available with her voice to put together IDs.
I'll shoot a better pic. I agree seeing it on the page it is pretty bad.

I'm not sure about link ID but the device Mike mentioned is a fast build
and works great! I plan to use this as an Echolink ID board as well.
He also makes a wonderful keyer that I'm installing inside the box with
a QRP radio.

PSAs are free, but most stations run them at 2 AM, if they run them at
all. The ARRL has PSA's available for you to try to place in your local
media. It's worth a shot, even at 2 AM.
How much does a PSA cost to get aired on radio or TV? College radio
stations usually do them for free just to have real world content.
