I've been looking at code review tools on and off for a couple of
years now. I keep coming back to Review Board as the best choice (we
use Perforce) but get put off by the installation requirements.
I would need to install it on a machine that is not and cannot be
connected to the Internet, so
I'm pretty sure the current max size for the change info (not the individual
fields, but the aggregate) is 65k.

The tool in the rbtools/contrib should probably be renamed something with
p4win in it, as it is an extension for p4win, and a lot of people use p4v now
since p4win has been deprecated for a few years. I keep starting to make a
For most folks, as long as the address that Review Board is using is the
canonical FQDN (cname, I think it's called) for the Perforce server, everything
should work.

What source control system are you using? There's support in post-review to set
the reviewboard url in a property/counter on the source control server for
Subversion, Perforce and... one other one.
If support for your SCM isn't there, maybe you could write a patch. ;)
