I am wondering if there is a way to organize tickets in a queue. For
example, we may have a queue called system administration. But I
would like to sort tickets and put them into sub-categories like Email,
DNS, DHCP, LDAP, DB.
Is this possible? Any suggestions or comments are

I am trying to install RT-3.8.0 under Solaris 10 (SPARC) and can't seem
to get it to work. The error seems to suggest the install-sh script
is not found in etc (and several other subdirectories). I tried to copy
the install-sh script into those directories. The installation went
: can't access schema.mysql-4.1
chmod: WARNING: can't access schema.Sybase
chmod: WARNING: can't access schema.SQLite
chmod: WARNING: can't access initialdata
make: *** [fixperms] Error 12
I will see what else I can find.
