I've set the DefaultQueue in RT_SiteConfig.pm to one of the dozen queues
we have, but it doesn't work. When users login they see the first queue
in alphabetical order!
Any ideas why?

Greeting all,
Is there a scrip to automatically notify Admin of a queue when a ticket
is moved into their queue from another queue? The only way that I know
is by changing the queue and replying

the Action to Notify AdminCcs and works like a charm.
