Try a mixture of CS and aloe vera. Either mix prior to using, or add a
small amount of baking soda to neutralize the acid of the aloe vera and
refrigerate. If you don't neutralize the acid, the CS will aggregate within
a few hours or days.

Can you tell me please if it is wet excema (weepy) of dry excema, as the way
you treat them is slightly different.
My daughter has dry excema, and I have found what works is putting oil in
the bath (I use a good oil like almond or apricot) with Essential oil of
Rose, then pat dry and use EMULS
