There are several different answers as to yes or no the the using the yellow sivler. Anybody really know for sure Mary Ellen Yes, Mary Ellen, if it turns a bit yellow it's still okay to use. All it means is that *some* of the silver has formed big enough particles to become barely visible.

Dee - you can put your DW in your pint or quart jar (or whatever you are making your CS in) and set that in the sink of warm water, or into a pan/pot of warm water. I rarely clean my electrodes or brew jar, and I don't see a reason to rinse them after each batch either. Hope this helps! Ruth
