I haven’t tried nebulising, however this is the formula I use in my nasal spray
bottles.

I have been using this one, but it has a minor problem, the top
half and the bottom half are held on by two bolts into plastic.
If you are handy you can tap another screw into the plastic once
broken. Most of the small one like this are all built the same.
