If it helps, my first job was in a mainly Maya based company and I've never
touched Maya at that time. They liked my portfolio and never cared what
software I used. They kindly let me use XSI back again for modeling because as
you know, modeling in Maya pretty much sucks, specially back then.

I don't actually see anything to aid the transition. How about some
courses? Videos? The approach (so far) has been to just use something
else. For a company that has just screwed a portion of its users, I would
