I have been having issues with Spotify (official Spotify app on several
squeezebox touches via ReadyNas & LMS).
First is mid song buffering. Internet connection has not deteriorated -
Netflix etc. still stream faultlessly in HD, and speed tests show no
deterioration.

Just for people who might experience the same problem: I was running the
updated Spotify app without problems in parallel to the triode app
(which was loosing a bit of functionality over time though). I am using
two SBTs and a Squeezebox radio with Slimserver 7.7 on a Synology NAS.

playlist size. It is at 500 now. My LMS settings on playlist length is

As I read, I need the triode PlugIn installed to support my SB
Transceiver.
This does not work.
You should ask in a Triode Spotify plugin related thread. Most likely
you forgot to properly set it up. I'd suggest you use the Spotify
Protocol Handler plugin instead of Triode's. Give it a try
read a lot here ... but have still an open issue.
With the new official PlugIn everything runs well on my SB Radio and SB
Touch.
As I read, I need the triode PlugIn installed to support my SB

I installed the app with no troubles at all. I got a "connect through
Facebook" option and it did the trick.
But Then I deleted it, and re-installed. Now I have to Fill in
username and password, but because I use Facebook to login to Spotify I
don't have a username and password... What

display the album year next to an album (the way the Triode app did)?

If you connect to mysqueezebox.com each player opens a connection to
spotify.
But spotify allows only playing to one device at a time with one
account.
If you want to play to more players, you have to go through LMS, so LMS
has the (one) connection to spotify.

mysqueezebox.com, if I try to play a Spotify song, I get an error
message along the lines of "invalid username". If I unsynch the

Ok, i got it working trough ipeng. I had do reinstall spotify app. But
the problem is, that i can't see any shortcut to the app. So if i want
to open it i need to reinstall it and than it gives me a button to open
it. But when i close it i can't get back to it.
How can i make shortcut to it?

The official Spotify App for Android has a "Go to Song Radio" if I click
a song. I cannot seem to find this feature here and it would be nice to
also have access to it through LMS.
