Hello! When saving a link (e.g. a PDF), the 'open progress dialog' appears, but the download does not start. Directly clicking on the PDF link works: the PDF is loaded and then displayed. Just tested: using the download manager also does not work! It shows me, that the dowmload is not started. I

Is there any way to use an external email application for SM2's "Send page..." and "Send link..." menu items? I've already got "network.protocol-handler.external.mailto" set to TRUE, and that's working great for "mailto" links, but the "Send" items still go for the SM mail engine. TIA... -J
