ですので、利用者側(マッパー含む)の立場からは、「骨髄バンクドナー登録できる場所」という定義にしたほうが分かりやすいと思います。
一部の保健所等では骨髄バンクドナー登録ができるようなので、そのような場所にタグ付けするのも有用ではないかと思います。
#なお、HLA検査は、輸血(献血)目的の場合と、骨髄バンク目的の場合のものがあります(検査内容は一緒だと思いますが)。
