area. I always map everything I see when I do 1 street, even if I don't
do the addresses right away, that is really the best way to reach
completion quickly, to map on the side while addressing 1 street.

What that means is that there is a node without a tag relevant to power
lines. Usually it's an untagged node, but not always.
Most of the times you need to pull in the whole area and see if there
are admin ways or paths

Ik speel al lang met het idee om een light weight straightforward
geocoder te maken omdat nominatim te zwaar is, de hele PHP code is
vergeven van uitzonderingen , afhankelijk van welke diepte level je zit.
5 jaar geleden moest ik de postcodes er nog bijhacken omdat die voor
belgie niet meekwam
Voor wat hoort wat vind ik, het mag misschien geen prioriteit zijn om de
gemeente in kaart te brengen, waarom zou het dan voor ons prioriteit
zijn hun data te fixen ? Het is op zich al moeilijk genoeg voor ons.
De openheid van hun data kan beter. Bv. het overtekenen van gebouwen
vind ik
Ik wil ook wel meehelpen als ik nuttig kan zijn. Testen/bugchecken,
browser tests, laat maar weten waarmee en ik help mee. Delegeer gerust.

Onder Ubuntu zit de cache folder in je home directory. standaard install :
glenn@slicky:~/.josm-latest/cache$
Daar staat subdir wms bij mij.

Zeker weten, ik vind net een PM in mijn mailbox van een nieuwe mapper
die pas bezig is en die weet idd niet dat AGIV bestaat (en gebruiken
meestal ook ID editor). Ik vind dit ook niet direct in de (Nl-talige) wiki.
Maar uit die boodschap onthou ik een aantal dingen:
- geen weet van Bing offset's

Interessant. De veerdienst van Planckendael (Muizen - Mechelen) komt
uit de Overpass query. Nu dit is geen publieke veerdienst in essentie
maar een shuttledienst.
Maar daar kan dus in theorie wel over geroute worden al lijkt het mij
onwaarschijnlijk dat de veerdienst preferentie krijgt over de
-voor-boottochtjes
