Hi.
I'm assuming you're using Windows 10. Here's what to do.
Go to the desktop and get focus on the JAWS icon. Once you've done that, press
ALT+ENTER to activate the properties.
Now, press TAB to get to the key option. For my PC I have CTRL+ALT+J for JAWS,
so I just hit J. The above hot ke
Hi.
Sounds like you might have turned on the JAWS layout. I say this because
INSERT+S is the screen speak key, where it will say "say all". I don't
remember how to set this back to Window-Eyes keys. Also, INSERT+T is the JAWS
key to say the title bar.
Hope this helps.

I'm also encountering slower startups, but I don't think it's a screen issue.

I called up VFO with the following question, and I was told I'd be called back.
What happens if you own both JAWS and Window-Eyes? I have an SMA for WE, and

We'll see what VFO says.
Just curious.

Hi Brenda.
I'll answer how you change what the mouse can read with JAWS. In JAWS, you're
restricting what the mouse, or JAWS cursor in JAWS lingo does. My instructions
deal with using the numeric keypad. First, get the JAWS cursor focus by
hitting the numeric dash key, which is the upper rig
Hi.
Here's how to change the JAWS key to the CAPS LOCK key.
Hit INSERT+J. In your setup the INSERT key is the JAWS key.
Go to the options menu. If you have JAWS running in the system tray, you'll
land on this menu choice. This is how I run JAWS. I'm not sure what JAWS

I don't think that VFO would suddenly stop supporting a product with no

Hi paulette.
If you're familiar with Apple devices, Cortana is like Siri. You can ask it
different questions, and it will either answer them with its female voice,
which sounds quite good, or it will open a web page in your default browser
