3.5 rC1 personal icons

Hello, i prefer my own icons which have been fine up until installing this and, like The Bat! icons, they have reduced to miniscule size. I've tried deleting tbuser.def and batskin.xml but all to no avail. I can only get larger icons if I revert to those provided and I'd really like to be able to

Hello, I have 12 QTs. If I select Address book/Mass mailing using template only 6 QTs are now shown. Unfortunately not the ones I really need! I've not changed any settings and they are all set to be used for mass mailing so I wonder what's happened and why the others don't show? -- Regards,
