When I shut down TB it *appears* to properly close but when I click on the icon to re-open it nothing happens. I discovered that TB installed itself under XP Pro as *both* an application and a service! The result is that I can't restart it unless I go in Windows Task Manager and kill it there first

I'm still running TB 1.61, but decided to update to 1.62. But I keep getting an error message when I try to install the file - it says the archive is damaged. I've downloaded the file three times, with the same result each time. The download seems to go fine, but when I try to install - can't do it
