Hello Tbudl, I did something, and now all the icons ("Get New Mail", "Send Queued Mail" etc) are not those that I used to have. In detail, I used to have just the icons, and now there is the text under the icons, making them wider and messing up my screen design. I looked in every setting I could think of but did not find where to choose the icons. I also seem to remembers that I chose those icons without text many years ago, so there must be a way to change them. Any ideas are appreciated. -- Cheers, Thomas. Icons in Tooolbar
I became a mouse addict lately therefore I moved some items to one of the toolbars successfully. However it shows only the text (Mark all Messages Read), which is lengthy and need lots of space. Is there a way to place an icon instead? If so is there a place I can choose a proper icon? Hello Chris, What graphics card do you have? It seems as if it may be a graphics card issue. All those who have reported it thus far have been using ATI cards, if I remember correctly. Hello AJ, Why is that...? Strange behaviour, if you ask me... I assume you have a further 'Batskin.XML' file on the desktop? If not, examine the shortcut. If in the TheBat! shortcut the entry is missing in the field: Execute in: , TheBat! is looking on the desktop for an existing 'Batskin.XML'. If no file is present on the desktop, the internal 'Batskin.XML' is loaded. Hello Stuart, Here I was hoping nobody would notice this after the much more elegant solution provided by Miroslav. Why more elegant? I assume this will be possible from Customise when it is further developed. Actually, during the beta cycle I recall seeing that the options would be to select the Icons size (i.e. 16x16, etc.) although at that time the options was greyed out and not usable. -- Best regards, Miguel A. Yes, I did notice that at one time. I just meant that his was a more comprehensive approach for now until they get this working in customise. In the long run, this is one of the things that needs to be addressed in customise, as well a search function, a way to add icons and conflict resolver. Yes. I read my mails threaded, too - and the one single heaviest used keyboard shortcut (the day will come I'll have to re-paint the involved keycaps) is CTRL-ALT left/right to jump to the next/previous unread message (the threads are expanded automatically when you move thru the unread mails that way). Hello Richard, I have to agree with you that it would be nice to have different colours if possible so that they stand out more. At the moment you have to look for them and they can't be distinguished with peripheral vision. I agree with you here. I like the new icon set as a whole but, in my case, I have trouble with the different shades of blue in the folder tree. I'd like to change those quite different colours. Until the new line of icons was added I used my own modified glyph set so could do what I wanted but I'm not quite good enough to add the new icons needed so am using those that come with TB! and would like to have the facility to customise them myself, eg change colours etc. You can still use your old glyph set.
