I believe this only works on node.js, due to path resolution relative to
the server root, as well as needing a static file server that serves the
images at that URI (which TW on node.js does for the files folder)

Would anyone be able to help correct the search bar to allow for arrow key
selection while keeping the format the same? I.e. upon search, use up and

Thank you!

After a long, very interesting journey to search for the best way to gather

I've been using TW5 for about a month with a local file.

I'm glad to see this. There will be lots to learn from the experience. I've
created a tiddlyhost site for this and made a pull request. I see I'm
already not sticking to the rules with my 14-word link description.
Sorry if I missed something about this, but it looks as if automatic

Hi History Buff, certainly related!
Two small differences are: (1) the filter would be more complex (not
tiddlers *with* a specific tag, but tiddlers which exist only/primarily as
placeholders in the "tag tree"); (2) I was hoping to see whether some of
the column headers could be specified in

I've used transclusion and a ViewTemplate to successfully add dynamic

Hi! New to tiddlywiki, was searchig for a way to delete tiddlers based on

works with filters e.g. tag[test] but not with any search. Would anyone be
able to help here?

That's correct, but another consideration is that the wiki will be fetched very
frequently,

Mohammad, a ViewTemplate add-in (with simple dynamic table for items
tagged-here) would be awesome! Basically, I end up copy-pasting a basic
dynamic table into virtually every tiddler whose only role is to serve as a
parent/overview dashboard for its tagged underlings.

Javier,
Sorry for not replying earlier. I have been very busy this month.
Thanks a lot for your solution! That's great!
I tested your tiddler to see how it would work and I can tell tell you I'm

I haven't been through all the steps you suggest, but I'm sure they work
Just to add that the aggregator is currently set to run every 17 minutes, so
once you're registered like Mohammad you can keep adding links and watch them

It seems like a first step would be to convert the community resources
into links. A second step might be to convert TiddlyWiki Toolmap into links.
What happens if two people share the same link?

Understandable Mark.
However, as the original post clearly states, the UI is a quick 5 minute
hack to demonstrate the idea :).
Since this can all be done with wikitext, I had hoped that someone might
feel inspired to build on it.

Yes, that's right. Ideally, the wiki shouldn't have too much extraneous
stuff apart from the links because it will be pulled by
Ok! I think a little text about that would help the clueless like me.
There's no "there" there for you to select. But it all seems to work. I can
see running a special node.js instance just for collecting images which
could then be bulk-moved to another TW. file.
Thanks!

@Mark have you tried clicking on the box where it says "Drop images here to
import", and then pasting? The div needs focus for the import to be
triggered by paste. On Windows 10 and Ubuntu this works for me with Chrome.

I really like using TiddlyWiki for public websites, and I have a small
handful of them.
Recently, I've started experimenting with a standard approach:

Ciao Mark
*It is an interesting issue*. Given the intelligence of TW macro-ology
you'd have thought it would have been a doddle.
I guess a major issue is that BROWSERS insist on serious constraints on
file-handling? That constrain us to cumbersome sub-functions?
Though Node is freer of them,
@Mohammad the underyling issue is one that I think we have discussed before
in another context.
TiddlyWiki filters distinguish between no results from a filter step, and
an empty string as a result.
When there is no result from a filter step, like with get[text] on a
non-existent tiddler, the
