For those interested, there are ways to either silence pulseaudio while jack is running, or route it through jack. Or also remove it. I didn't try any of those yet though. For my keyboard controller requiring non-free firmwares for midi usb, I'll try connecting it through midi only and see

You can not compare versions of Xfce like that, strypey. You can not compare Xubuntu say 12 with Xubuntu (or worse yet another distro with Xfce) 16.. Try this -> install Debian Jessie (current stable) with Xfce **4.10** and test it for a few hours, then on the **same exact** distribution

Hi, I'm on my other machine, the memtest is still going on my old one, but at the bottom of the screen a message says it's complete, there's no errors, yet at the top, it's still testing. Is it starting over? I don't know when the message of being complete came up, sometime this morning.
