accomplished this. Once I saw that ICS wasn't being supported for
C++Builder, I stopped buying the XEx upgrades. While I frequently use
the ICS components, I'm not sure I can follow your compressed steps
shown belo

I do have backup, the problem is Windows can self destruct due to too many
patches and changes, had to re-install XP every couple of years. Hopefully
Windows 7 is more stable, particularly as the VM is only used for component
building and testing

Probably, but we really need all three missing BCB versions tested, which needs

XE3 packages. I also got the cookie component to install by adding the

Sorry, no idea if this would work, I thought the two environments were separate,
except C++ Builder also includes a Delphi compiler for the libraries.

Sorry, there are no new C++ Builder for XE4/5/6 and old packages are not being
tested with new components.

I just upgraded to C++Builder XE6 and need to get all my components working.
I was able to install a bunch of the ICS components using the C++Builder XE3
project with some warnings but...
1. Any chance for a C++Builder XE6 project?
2. The cookie manager component seems to always get left
