I have the same problem (touchpad scroll not working, results in right-
mouse-click behaviour) on my Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook E8110. Installed
8.04 Alpha 4 Hardy Heron i386.
Everything worked pefect out-of-the-box with gutsy.
Copying gutsy's xorg.conf over hardy's xorg.conf 'solves' the problem.
This has also happened to me a handful of times this past week or two.
Not something I experienced before that.
.xsession-errors is showing a bunch of errors. Don't know if this would

This has been fixed in hardy and gutsy-backports. There is a
torbutton-extension package now that installs the extension in both
applications and depends on the ice* or firefox/thunderbird packages.

Even after configuring Aspell, the spell-checker does not work in
documents using iso-8859-1 encoding.
From the command line I can check files with non-default encodings. For

Binary package hint: ironpython
The Ubuntu package (1.0-0ubuntu1) can be dropped. It's now maintained in Debian
and can be synced.
It builds correctly in Hardy pbuilder.

A fall back to 1.1 speeds when ehci fails sounds good.
Probably should warn users when this is happening, if in desktop mode, via
dialog, or notification in toolbar.

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately it seems that the patch doesn't
really fix this issue. I'm running 2.6.22-14, and the patch is already
there (according to LXR it was put there in the first 2.6.22 kernel),
but the problem persist. I'm about to reboot to try your suggestion
about -sharevts,
