I updated the keyboard and mouse configuration to "Enabled" in the BIOS as opposed to the default "Auto". Results looked promising with 4 restarts but then touchpad failed on the fifth. I restarted again and it's working. The random pattern of the issue is frustrating to say the least. -- You
