the music folder or other sugestions on mounting multiple drives at the same directory, you may have to manually spread out the music on 2 - 3 drives, but sbs only needs to be pionted to one folder anyway ? Just avoid nested mounts as suggested. -- Mnyb

Even if I have 2 drives in my server they are mounted in the share so when acessing the server via SMB from other computers they appear as one drive where one of the sub-folders in reality is the other drive, but you never notice . -- Mnyb

MY 9 to 10 uppgrade was interesting with among other things loss of all audio and bizarr grub problems :) Oh and cairo docks could get you complete freezez with grapchics acceleration (no input worked just had to pull the plug). I have not dared to try the 10.10 upgrade... -- Mnyb

You may have to clear the webrowsers cache... other than that I use another linux distro ( clarkconnect aka clearos ) and have not seen your problems. however sometimes it takes a clear install to make a new version run properly on linux. But you did that ? -- Mnyb

permision on the top directory. You may have given the rigth permission to the mount piont, but did not do it for files and folders. is the music disc mounted all the time via fstab at boot, not mounted afterwards by a user, after sbs has started ? is it an ntfs disc or a native linux one. -- Mnyb

) and sbs does not like that the drives are missing at startup and asume it's gone and drops the database for it,hence you can not see the files. So you should sort out yor fstab problem and make the drive mount properly :) then try again. Sucess is more likely then. -- Mnyb
