[users] No IDE.exe installed after running OpenOffice.Org SDK download?

Dear OpenOffice.org Users, I've twice downloaded and installed the SDK. I find no files to run an IDE after it's installed. There are only 5 files installed in the OpenOffice.org SDK directory and they are setup and config files. There is no IDE program. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks

When you uninstall the old version, MAKE SURE you delete the folders and files in the Programs folder for OpenOffice.org. The problem seems to be almost like one I had. OOo sets up a personalized user file(s) with your document preferences in it. You MUST get rid of those files to correct
