Is there some more extensive documentation available on this?
Compiling the packages isn't a problem,
but I am a (open)LDAP newbie and need to figure out what needs to happen
on the LDAP server.
I confirmed that my qmail+vpopmail has access to the ldap test box, now
I need them

I am not using vpopmail with ldap, but i am using it with mysql. I would like
to suggest you one thing instead of using
~vpopmail/bin/vchangepw u...@domain.com
you can try
~vpopmail/bin/vpasswd u...@domain.com newpassword

For this reason, you can't use the qmail-ldap schema in vpopmail-ldap

I have tried both with the "www.sury.cz/debian" packages, and newly
