The library is a HP/Compaq MSL6000. There is no virtual environment of any
sort involved. I'm not aware

Celerras set to 256k. I don't have
SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS_NDMP set at all, and I can see quite good
performance on my LTO3 tape drives, as I pointed out 75mg/s on the
UNIX and 65mg/s on Windows.

I forgot to mention that the master media server is hpux 11.11 and
running NBU 5.1mp2. I also just remembered that there are SAN media
servers which keep their media also.

One quick correction to the hardware below. We are going to be
converting 1 RHEL4 box from a network client to a SAN media server.
That is one of the 4 boxes that will house the 20 TB. We will not be
housing client data on the master. It will be a dedicated system.
