I do my sourdough by hand. have 2 jars in the freezer, one is named
Wilhelm and the 2nd one Herrman. Herrmann is used, when I do a bread
with rye, Wilhems task is to help me with wheat (Therefore Wilhelm).
What has this to do with fly tying? Well, anybody heard of a breadfly?

away but my bride (weighs 105 lbs but is stronger than I am plus a black belt
in tae Kwon Do) carried me up the rocks and bank (actuall
VERY happy to hear you are OK, Allen. And a very good lesson as many of us
are no longer "spring-chickens."
I will be leaving today for Vegas to spend Christmas with our daughter. I
