One of the best ways of controlling quality on Blip.tv is to upload your own
flash file. We do this all the time because we prefer our files to look a
certain way so we just encode them ourselves.
The highest we usually encode at is 1200kbps in flash, because on slower
computers it doesn't
I'm pretty sure if you make them angry enough they will try to sue you. No
matter if you broke the law or not.
So... to maximize protection of yourself you can present the videos as news
and not a campaign against them.

Wow, this comes at a great time!
We are also looking for same space, pretty much exactly as you are. We
found someone to share space with, but we have not finalized it yet.
Our drawback with sharing space with the company we found is that it
is in Orange County (we currently live in The OC)
One more thing to considernis off site archives as well.
Have a friend store your old drives and you store old drives for a
friend. That way you have backups physically in another location in
case of a disaster.

While it was loading I was text for everything. After it loaded
