In earlier ios you hear 2 dings when stopping recording and 1 when starting.
THAT'S what I was suggesting to them to bring back.
As of current version the 2 ding sounds when you press the done button.

I'm not sure I understand how adding a mail account would add contacts to
icloud. I thought it just adds mailboxes.
If the work contacts are in icloud you should see them in the contacts app
somewhere. Maybe they are in a speciffic group?

notes on things. I have tried doing a 2 finger double tap to stop the
recording but it does not work. I have an iPhone 5 and the issue has
