You can't do that with a braille display to move a folder on your phone.
You must put your finger on the screen on the iphone to be able to move the
folder.

Did you configure the Siri voices to work with your default dialect or did you
use a secondary language for it? Also, check if you downloaded them through the
speech setting by itself in accessibility. I saw someone did that and wondered
why it wasn't working for them but then they realized

I think the iPhone vibrating when you plug it in or when you power it up
