Hi again Joe,
I forgot to say in my last email that I don't use a separate bluetooth
receiver. The one in the phone is perfectly adequate. I do carry an extra
battery pack in case my phone needs a top up after my journey.
take care,
Carla.

Hi Joe,
I agree with Harry that Blind Square is the best one out there in terms of
navigation. You can also mark points so you could use it on buses or if you
know the roads the bus stop is on then there should be no need to mark. I have
also downloaded Google maps as you can link Blind

Hi Rich,
If the recipient has Voice dream Reader, they should be able to choose to open
the file using that app. It can handle zip files just fine.
If they don't have VDR, I would suggest sharing a Dropbox folder with the

You are correct. the recipient can play the MP3 files on their iPhone

I want to send about fifteen MP3 files, each about 5 megs in size. My

Rich,
How many MP3s do you plan to send and what is the total size? Can the
MP3s stream or must they be downloaded to the other person's device?
Please offer more information to identify a realistic solution.

Lynda,
Try doing a fire finger swipe down and typing mail into the search field. If it
doesn't come up, try the app store if you are using iOS 10. It may have been a

Hi Everyone,
As the subject line says, the native mail app/icon has disappeared from my
6S+. I had to quickly put my phone in my purse and it must not have been
locked. The icon was in the dock on my phone. When I went back to check
email, it was gone. I have looked in all the different

I need to send some MP3 music files from my computer to someone
exclusively using an iPad or iPhone. What is the best way to do this
and what will the recipient need by way of apps? Should I just send
each one as an email attachment? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks guys. All the reasons you listed are compelling, but not enough to make
me pay over six hundred bucks. When I called apple to ask how much I would get
for my 6S Plus if I upgrade, They transferred me to a recycling company who
offered only 200 dollars for my phone. So I gave up the
I upgraded from a 6S to a 7, and have noticed some good VoiceOver

with the 6S where some VoiceOver sounds would not play after a few
days, or other oddities happened. Such that I had to reboot my phone
in order to get things
Greetings How do I get photos on iOS to recognize faces? Does it just use my
contacts and their contact photo, or is there some training process somewhere?
Also, it’s highly possible that I imagined this as a feature somewhere. Maybe
this is a feature on the Mac only? I’m really not sure. :)

Hello Hary,
Thanks for writing.
What is move-it please?
is it a national application, or a specific city or transport
provider?
Thanks.

It seems to me that when I had my iPhone 6s and put more than one card into the
Apple Pay, there was an obvious way to establish which card I wanted to use as
default, that is, which one would come up automatically if I put my phone near
the credit card machine. Of course, when you get a new

Is it best to use google maps, if so with which application?
Is it necessary to use a bluetooth satelite receiver? If this is done, then
Hello,
I think there’s something else that should be considered. As a VoiceOver user
the 3 Gig of RAM should reduce those times when the phone stutters trying to
keep up with fast speech and navigation.
I don’t know what the differences are in the real world as I couldn’t get on

Thanks Sieghard,
You are making a lot of sence. Upgrading would cost me at least six hundred
dollars. I think I would wait for the Seven S next year.
