I have just downloaded IOS 8.3 to my iPad. Before I updated from IOS 7 I use
to do a four finger swipe up and it use to open the app switcher. I know
this four finger swipe up only workds on iPad. But now that I have updated
to IOS 8.3 the four finger swipe up does not work on my iPad. Can

The search field is near the top of every screen on the App Store for iPad.
Also, the four finger swipe up will go to app switcher, but only if you have
multitasking gestures enabled in general settings.
