No, it is not worth the upgrade. The SE 2022 has the iPhone 13 chip, which is
not much faster than the 11 or 12. The big change from the
11 to the 13 is 5g connectivity
If I had not had an iPhone 8, but gotten the 11 when I had the chance,
I would still have that phone. I would wait until the 15 comes out to
get a new phone. The reason why I got a new phone was because this
was the last year the 8 would be supported.

can't even find any compelling reasons to upgrade to an iPhone 14 let alone an
