additional sensors that you didn’t mention, I’d agree with Anthony and go with

washing. Double tap it. Swipe through and turn it on there. There is also an
option to have it give you a little nudge to remind you to wash your hands a
few minutes after you return home. Yes there is a little guy

Exactly, and why would you want to turn the watch off in any case? I
rarely turn my watch off, maybe once every few month I turn it off and back
on, apart from that it's always on.
