was using Ava and 2 days ago it changed. It shows that Ava is selected but it

comes out of it when I connect it to my iPhone. If this is indeed a new
feature, I think it should be optional, maybe with a rotor toggle to

The number of times I have had VoiceOver go quiet on me could be counted on one
hand.
When it does, it is usually waiting for an app, not when turning on.
If an XR is doing this, then something is really out of place.
