Cydiaimpactor on mac and apps not in app store on iphone?

Hi, I’m trying to use Cydiaimpactor to get some non app store apps on my ios-device. The manual says I have to drag and drop the app to my device in Cydiaimpactor. The problem is I don’t know how to drag and drop. Command c and command v won’t work. So how do other voiceover users solve this
