2. Was able to move an app from the row above my dock to another row

I just tried using the Bard Mobile search field, knowing that there have been
problems in iOS8 with Voiceover tracking the visual screen. The search field
works, but not if you swipe left and right. Swiping changes what Voiceover
reads, but doesn't always change the visual screen. So
